Is have learnt to simply take things easy, if I can only get out if bed at 10h00 in the morning so be it. I do not force myself to have to many people around me as I get panic attacks. Covid has a great impact on our mental health , now I am taking my anti depressants to help me cope, but mostly to listen to my doctor as I almost died in Jul 21 with covid and he has all the patience in the world. Prayer very important. Avoid the negative people wo commment on what you look like after covid, I tell them I am still beautiful inside and loved by God.
I've learned to slow way down in what I choose to do. Breathing exercises help me too. I have no energy to do anything unless it's a chore I need to do for myself for the day. I'm making my life as simple as possible.

Hi doloris1953 , Good to hear you again. You do want your body wants. I too had the panic attacks remember when you feel panicky take 2 deep breaths in and blow out I do acouple times and a drink of water and it helps me. Hugs to you my friend Hope all gets better for you!!!
I took have panic attack mostly at work and I have to step away and go outside and take a few minutes my mangers don't understand bt I really don't care they don't deal with what I deal with
