Yes, I was diagnosed with depression during a Long Covid Study. Well, I could either fell sorry for myself or get on with life. There have been a lot of curve balls since I got covid, so I have tried to forget about the diagnosis and carry on.

Hi Howard I like the fact you say CURVE BALLS almost like saying a BOOMARANG, only differnce it comes back and surprises you with something new. At least if was a fruit we could make Lemoncelli, Orange juice and mix it with a drink to keep calm., it takes a while for sometimes to caryy on as I Tend to over tink and live in my head EISH! I pray about it and do a bit of research and ask my GP or pharmacist to explain it to me, then I befriend it and ask it to behave itself if we are going to share the same body and I find it works Doloris

Well done , I have been down that road and it is difficult, I had a severe nervous break down and could not work for 2years, I prayed and after seeing people worse off than myself I managed to wean myself off the anti depressants and even managed to go out and work. What we all need is a good support structure and family who understand you. Doloris
