I do not consume any alcohol. I suffer from long Covid.
I used to enjoy a bit too much wine at a dinner party, but after covid if I over indulge, then my brain fog returns and so does my fatigue. So now just a glass at dinner and that is fine anymore and its not worth it.
I'm like the other respondents. I don't drink much anymore.
I will say that having long-Covid hasn't made a difference in other habits.
I have an occasional beer here and there, but only one or two, anymore than that and my blood pressure doesnt like it.
Not a big drinker but I am a one and done now.
Any ones hair thinning out? Every time I brush mine , the brush is loaded with hair. If anyone does how long does it go on?

My spike protein is > 2500 ( max dilution reached) & my Covid test in November was negative.
