Do You Have Any Tips For Helping With Brain Fog, A Common COVID Symptom?
I don't really have any tips, except time seems to help. I had covid at the beginning of October, and it was essentially November before the fog started to lift. Now, I am basically back to normal.
I read a lot, and play brain-stimulating video games like Lumosity. I also crochet, but get easily frustrated because it's difficult for me now to keep count of stitches and rows.
I have had brain fog since March and it is getting better but it is so imbarrasing, but it only last a few minutes now.
Read and read some more and make it interesting put yourself in place.of the character in the book and remember what you read
The brain fog gets better the process is slow, when I need a good laugh I look at what I written or responded........my spelling??????? I was always complimented on how well I spoke .......what is happening....so lets just hang in there and remember everything has a beginning and.........AN END, so we will get better
